Hi everyone.

I search for a room in max. of a shared, three room house/flat with a 7-12 sq. metres space and ideally with a common (i. e. not occupied!) dining / living room to chill out, read a book, watch some TV and rest from work without being disturbed. I can top up utility bills and maintain property (gardening, repairs, cleaning tasks) if that matter, to include in rent reduction. I do not smoke, drink alcohol and have zero drugs policy in my company, so I demand the same at place I live. I hope you'll all benefit from it.

I curtently expanded my self-employed business and need a bit more space to fulfill contract requirements, mainly green landscapes design and environm. architecture, and so
for my office / accounts ones. I mostly work outside taking measurements and maintaining current projects around Sth. East England.

At the moment live-out Landlord will allow to use few more metres for a ridoculous rent I would not even consider to afford. I've spent hours searching for a similar property and decided to place an ad. I can join current household, even in the village, for a considerable, realistic rent, as it always means an extra cost or investment that every company owners would like to spend wisely or avoid.

I'm sure we will come to an agreement and discuss terms of a suitable property. I'm awaiting your reply.
