I'm looking for a spacious, well-finished ensuite double room that I can move into in August/September 2022.

Birmingham (preferred), Coventry, Leicester, and Sheffield City Centres

Requirements:
- Within a 30-minute walk of the railway station
- Ensuite
- On the first floor and above
- LGBTQ+ friendly

Nice to haves:
- Kitchenette
- Car parking
- Top floor
- On-site gym

I work for a train company; I often work three days a week from home and two days elsewhere (office/on-board).

In my spare time, you'll find me travelling, flying, visiting friends, watching a documentary on YouTube, and maybe... even at the gym!

INTJ personality type, so I generally keep myself to myself! I’m looking for a place that is clean and mostly quiet.
