Young professional looking for sociable house!

Hey!

I’m a 30 year old professional working in tech within the sports sector, currently looking for a new place to live as I relocate closer to work.

I’ve just moved back to London after spending the past year living and working in Canada, and I’m now based in Richmond for work.
I’m in the office around 3 days a week (sometimes more just to get out of the house!) with the rest WFH.

I’m sociable, friendly, and easy-going. I love sport, a good pub trip (more chilled evening pints than big nights out), and I’m always up for a board game or quiz night. I’m also really focusing on my fitness this year, so being near a gym is a big plus.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m open to:
A house/flatshare
Or a studio / one-bed for the right place

Location:
Somewhere with an easy commute to Richmond, ideally southwest London or nearby (open to suggestions).

Housemates:
Clean, tidy, and respectful
Ideally late 20s to 30s

Must-haves:
Plenty of fridge & freezer space
Space for a desk in the bedroom for occasional WFH
A well-kept, calm home

Nice to haves:
Close to a gym
Friendly, sociable household (without being a party house)

Budget:
Up to £1,400 pcm for a house/flatshare
Up to £1,750 pcm for a studio / one-bed
Can stretch slightly for the right place
