My husband and me have relocated back to the south in order to be on hand for elderly family.
We are both professionals, I am about to start working for NHS again, and Brad is a freelance interpreter.
We are looking at getting a Shared Ownership place later in the year, so we don't need long term accomodation, just need it for a bit so can get settled in our jobs, get a few months of paycheck in new roles so can then apply for mortgage.
We are used to renting our own places, but we thought would try Spare Room again as need a more temporary arrangment for 3-6 months rather than being locked into a rental contract through an agency.
We are looking for a quiet room, with en suite within a 15-20 min commute of St Richard's hospital.
In our spare time we go to the gym (Brad training to be a PT also) and enjoy seeing our friends and going out for dinner. Love walks in nature also and by the sea.
If you want to offer a short term let, and want some quiet and very clean tenants, we might be your people! :)
