Professional Female looking for a room

Hi, I'm a full time professional working in vet care. I'm looking for somewhere I can call home and ideally stay more long term. I'm not a loud person and I tidy up after myself. I do love to socialise and go out, but enjoy time to myself and quiet nights in too. I'm a creative person who enjoys making things & DIY. I've lived in shared houses for many years, understanding the respect of shared spaces. Unfortunately my landlord is selling so I need to move out before end of July.

I have a well behaved 4yr old cat and snake tank that will be moving with me. I also have a bicycle and motorbike. So parking would be great!
