Double-room wanted by male professional

Hey,

I'm Jordan, a 31 year old Partnerships Manager working in the music industry.

I'm currently based in Liverpool, but am looking for rooms in Manchester as I'd love to try the city out before forcing myself to grow up and buy a house.

I'm big into music and going out, but also enjoy having my home as a chill-out space and am respectful of others' space too.

In my non-biased opinion, I'm very clean, tidy and easy to live with and would ideally prefer to live with women as I've found this is just way easier (cleaner) and less stressful, but am of course open to living with men too.

I work from home most of the week, but am happy to split this out and work from coffee shops on certain days if it means it's less crowded for others. That said, it'd be great if I could also work from shared living spaces within the house too.

I'm particularly interested in areas within walking distance to the city centre/Northern Quarter, but open to anywhere fairly decent in Manchester. I'd be looking at moving shortly after the summer, but am pretty flexible on move-in dates and short-term contracts so happy to have any chats if you think I might be a fit.

I travel through nearly every other weekend at the moment anyway, so definitely keen to grab a coffee or pint if you'd like to know anything else.
