35yo Professional Seeking a Calm Houseshare

I’m a 35-year-old full-time professional, working standard office hours. I’ve lived in Bristol since 2021, originally moving here to join a marketing consultancy where I continue to work. I know the city well and I'm looking for a great new place to call home.

In my free time, I’m a very active, outdoorsy person who enjoys getting out for walks, coffee, exercise and catching up with friends. At home, I’m calm, good-natured, and easygoing.

What I’m looking for:
I am looking for a relaxed and peaceful environment. I’d love to live with people who are friendly and sociable - always happy to have a catch-up in the kitchen or hang out - but who are equally respectful of personal space and downtime.

The ideal household:
• Location: I have a strong preference for the Redland or Clifton areas.

• Access to nature: Ideally, the house will be located near good, green spaces (I'm part of an exercise group up on the Downs!).

• Quiet in the evenings: I'm looking for a home that naturally winds down later in the night, as getting a solid night's sleep before a busy workday is a priority!

• A settled vibe: I'm well past the "party house" phase. I prefer a home with a predictable, relaxed atmosphere rather than one with frequent late-night gatherings and high foot traffic. (I’m not boring, you know what I mean by this ha!).

• Clean and respectful: A space where everyone pitches in and takes care of the communal areas.

What I bring to the house:
You’ll be getting a reliable, respectful, and tidy housemate who is mindful of shared spaces. I really value living with people who also want to make their house a comfortable, welcoming place🪴 🌈
