Creative Producer looking for cosy, lovely home

I am a lover of fun + adventure, seeking a happy, homey home with lovely flatmates.... is this you?

I am looking at either finding a beautiful, spacious :

-double room in a house or flat
-a large studio or 1 bedroom - whole place
-a 2 bedroom flat (for 1400 bills included max to be shared with my boyfriend)

LOCATION: in Southwest London - e. g. Barnes / East Sheen / Richmond / Putney are my preferences but also Clapham Junction / Chiswick / Kingston / Teddington / Twickenham / Wandsworth / Fulham / Hammersmith / Southfields.

Some highlights from my wish list:
-clean and tidy flat
-great storage either in the room or elsewhere in the flat
-natural light
-homey, beautiful common living areas including a sitting room type area
-a garden if possible
-dishwasher
-bathtub
-welcoming, low-drama flatmates who want someone living with them
-NOT A LODGER SITU (sorry I can't do the 'unwanted lodger' thing)
-A place that won't be a problem if I want to work from home

I am a freelance creative Producer of large scale immersive events and theatre - who loves fun + adventure, seeking a peaceful, clean, homey home with lovely flatmates.... Being warm, friendly (and low drama) are my 'default' when at home - I love to be friendly with those I live with but also enjoy my own space to relax and have an active social life outside the flat, and travel quite a bit for work. I am very creative, my faith is important to me, I love cooking healthy foodie meals, exercising, gardening, red wine, immersive events, practical jokes. I am excited about life - delighting in the little stuff and normally bubbling with enthusiasm and energy.
