Professional seeks a single or double room

I work full-time office hours as an administrator and I'm starting my tango academy, so I currently teach one or two evenings per week. When at home, I like to share a good conversation and create a friendly atmosphere. I am very clean and tidy.

I am looking for a comfortable room in a friendly, clean house, preferably at a walking distance from Addenbrooke's. I estimate to spend around ?600pcm. I need to move ASAP.
