I am a 28-year-old male about to start studying an MSC in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of York commencing October 2019. I'm looking for accommodation for the 2019/2020 academic year and would like a tenancy of approx. 11 - 12 months. I will be available from early to mid-september 2019
I would prefer any accommodation to have bills (water, electricity, gas, wifi) included in the rent with no more than 5 or 6 tenants total. However, these factors are not an absolute must.
