Room in rent

I am moving to Perth in August and am looking for a room for at least 1 year.
I'm a chilled out, respectful guy, good sense of humour - I'm a musician into gigs, guitar playing, football, outdoor pursuits, good food, wine and ale. I enjoy nights out and the occasional drink - though certainly not a party animal.

I will be studying music at Perth college.
So me playing guitar quite often will need to be ok - I am respectful in regards to this and have headphones etc - however my studies will require practice
