Room/Buddy Up Wanted

I'm due to start studying chemistry at the University of St. Andrews in September and I'm seeking a room either on a short or long term basis depending on how things work out.

I'm twenty-two years old and have been living in Dundee since early 2017. I had my own flat and lived independently the entire time. I'm a clean and tidy individual and always meet rent on time.

Currently I am staying in London until the end of the month, I have to be back to Dundee for 26th August due to work commitments so would require something before this date. My current plan is to be back in Dundee for 24th/25th.

I am able to go above my budget of 450pcm so long as bills are included. As I am studying in St. Andrews and working in Dundee I am able to stay in either location, or between.
