Quiet, Clean Male Looking For A Room

I'm looking to move in as soon as possible.

My University admin contract ended last and I'm on Universal Credit which pays the rent subject to a valid rental contract.

I am looking for a room, ideally in the Brighton/Hove area, with a good internet connection and a washing machine. I am seeking a quiet and calm place, not a party house. Also, sorry not pets.

I can provide a strong reference from my current landlady, a doctor as Sussex hospital, with whom I have lived as a lodger for the past three years.

She can readily confirm my reliability, that I always pay rent on time, that I am a quiet person, and that I always wash up and clean thoroughly after using the kitchen. Furthermore, she can attest to my trustworthiness in looking after her house when she and her family are away on holiday, which is approximately six weeks a year. My ability to pay rent on time has also been verifiable by previous agencies.

As a person, I am quiet and considerate. I prefer to go out and meet my friends and never invite anyone over, ensuring no overnight guests. I am also ultra clean and have a meticulously clean attitude to living. My approach to living is clean, quiet, and calm. This meticulous attention to cleanliness has been consistently noted by others, with past AirBnB hosts as well as my current landlady, describing me as "fastidiously clean" and having a "very tidy and clean attitude to living".
