Professional Seeking 1-Bed Home in South London

I'm a 32-year-old higher education professional and former healthcare worker, originally from South London. I'm in permanent full-time employment and work in the office four days a week.

I'm looking for a one-bedroom property as a sole occupant, ideally in South London with good transport links or cycle routes and within around 45 minutes of London Bridge, while still being within easy reach of Clapham Common. Ideally, I'd also like enough space for a small workout/training area at home. I'd consider a small flat or house share with one or two others if it's the right fit.

My ideal budget is around £1,250 per month for rent, although I have some flexibility for the right property. I'm looking to move from mid-September, although I can be flexible on the exact date.

I have a small car and a bicycle, so nearby parking and somewhere secure to store my bike would be a bonus.

I'm a respectful, tidy and reliable tenant looking for somewhere long-term that I can settle into and make feel like home. During university, I lived in several shared properties, although these days my preference is to find a place of my own.

Outside of work, I keep fairly active with martial arts, cycling and the gym, but also enjoy gaming, live music and a relaxed evening at home.
