Long-Term Tenant Seeking 1-Bed (Up to £1,600)

I'm a 32-year-old higher education professional and former healthcare worker, originally from South London. I'm in permanent full-time employment and work in the office four days a week. I'm looking for a one-bedroom property as a sole occupant, ideally in South London with good transport links and a reasonable commute to London Bridge. My budget is up to £1,600 per month (rent only, excluding bills).

I own both a car and a bicycle, so nearby parking would be a bonus.

I'm a respectful, tidy and reliable tenant looking for a long-term home. During university, I lived in several shared properties, but at this stage of my life I prefer living independently. I'm a non-smoker with a stable income and can provide proof of employment and income if required.
