Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate to fill in a lovely unfurnished double bedroom and live with me, I’m on the northern line south London. It’s a spacious 2 bed flat spread over 2 floors, rent will be £1,312.50.

The flat is situated under a minute walk away from the tube station (Colliers Wood).
It’s a modern, spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat over 2 floors. Open plan kitchen, dining & living area with balcony and lots of natural light! Modern appliances - washer/tumble dryer, underfloor heating, dishwasher. Wimbledon and Tooting are close by so lots to do around, and being on the northern line means going to Clapham / Balham is only minutes and London Bridge is only 30mins away!

I’m 26 years old working full time in clothing industry. I’m very clean & tidy, enjoy cooking, sewing & going to the gym. I’ve lived in the flat for 2 years, with friends around south London so I know the area quite well. Lots of great places for coffee/food/drinks, and lovely parks/green spaces nearby too.
