Seeking double en-suite room in Manchester

I’m looking for a double bedroom with an en-suite or own bathroom (ideally) in Manchester city centre. Ideally Ancoats / New Islington / Northern Quarter. Looking for a 6 - 12 month contract. I am available to move in from mid November.

I need to move out by the 13th December but I’m willing to have an overlap for the right place.

I’d like to live with a professional ideally working 9-5 and mostly in the office too.

I live in Ancoats and have been in the same flat for 5 years. I really got on with my most recent flatmate of 3 years, unfortunately she moved back home as her course finished.

I am a town planning consultant and work generally 3/4 days in the office and 1 or 2 days at home. Outside work I am generally quite active running, playing 7 a side and going to the gym. I like getting out in nature too. I’m not a party animal but I enjoy going to the pub for a couple of drinks, to gigs and dj events and travelling / day trips on the weekends.

I’m a tidy and considerate person and very clean so I expect similar. I want to live somewhere which is relaxing and quiet to come home to. I like to be friends with my housemates and watch trash TV or french films together mood depending!
