Room or flat

I'm in current employment and in urgent need of a place to live as council threw me into a HMO 27 rooms, most 2 people..2 kitchens 4 toilets 4 showers.. cooking well clean the place and maybe possible.. ive had food stolen thrown away cooking stuff gone missing the constant noise.. the company that manages place dont care.. im a down to earth person, funny have a laugh,, help anyone if I can.. so if anyone has anything please let me know as im at wits end and get a tent or sleep in car thanks
