Professional male seeking flat in Ldn Bridge

Hi, I’m Ben, a 33yr old personal trainer. I'm an easy going, clean and sociable guy looking for similar people to live with. During the week my job requires me to start early and finish late so I'd like to find some flat mates who aren't partying throughout the week but are happy to go and be social at the weekends.

I currently live and work in London Bridge/Bermondsey which I love, so I want to stay in and around this area. I have a budget of about £1300 pcm but could stretch further if the right place became available.

SpareRoom hasn’t exactly been a happy hunting ground for me recently so I’m also open to speaking to estate agents or going through rightmove/zoopla to find the right place.
