Room Wanted in Hackney/London Fields

Considerate, very tidy, sustainability tech professional seeks a double room to rent in London Fields/Hackney and surrounds for a year. Would love to build a friendship with her flatmates, but also has a full social life/hobbies outside the flat. Works from home about 3 days a week.
Has a penchant for travel, art of all kinds, wandering in nature, and procrastination. Currently learning to play the guitar. Likes rock music, BBC nature documentaries, gin and tonics, and long walks in IKEA. Will sleep through almost anything. Decent cook, better eater. Sings in the shower.

Gets on well with: pets, hipsters, vegans/vegetarians, preps, trekkies, sports enthusiasts, night owls, loud music, budding intellectuals, bison, tortured artists, struggling professionals, etc etc.

Doesn't get on with: mold/damp, prawns, strong smells, poor hygiene, Australian bush turkeys, in-door smokers, Reform voters, those who don't appreciate puns.
