My own home is tidy and clean and looked after, which means I would respect your property and contents whole heartedly whilst living in your home.
I do not know the area too well but ideally would like to be about 10 approx miles away (just outside) of Exeter (where I will be working) parking and en-suite are very desirable.. I can afford around 400 (550 a month for the right place)
