Double Room wanted

I am after a double room in the York area, I am working full time and have a small dog (very lovable)
I'm not a party animal so would prefer living with people alike.
I'm not bothered whether its Male or female as long as we get on.
I'm a clean and tidy person.
I do have my own furniture so that's not an issue but likewise if the room is furnished that's also fine.
