Looking for a large double room

I am currently a mature student at the University of Sheffield soon be entering my 3rd year. I also have a permanent job. I'm easy going, sociable and like to keep my space nice a tidy :).

I am looking for a large room for my final year and possibly to stay in after. I would prefer a house which houses students and professional. I am from Sheffield originally so I won't be leaving after my 3rd year. My budget at the moment is about ?400 pcm (bills inc is prefered). I also need to move in around the middle of June as my current tenancy ends at the end of June

I currently work in the centre of town and volunteer in Netherthorpe so looking for somewhere pretty central to town. however, I don't mind having to travel to the city centre as long as it's not too far as I work evenings and don't drive and rely on buses to get home.
