26F Mid-Jan move in. Long term and clean room

Mid January 2025 move-in date: Looking for a long-term quiet, clean and modern room near Hammersmith Hospital (max 20-25min cycling).

I will be starting a permanent full-time position as a specialist dietitian.

Ideally, looking to live with 1 other (2 max) people in a flat.

I’ve lived with two different landladies in last 4 years so I do not mind living with the house owner as tidiness and cleanliness is a non-negotiable for me.

Budget up to £1,100 all inclusive.

I enjoy going to the gym and salsa during the week, I do bulk cook 2x weekly, between Sun-Tues. I’m keen to socialize every so often and go on a night out but do like to keep to myself too. Thanks!
