Professional Male seeks a single or double room

I am a professional male aged 24 looking for a single or double room in Tunbridge Wells. I am available to move in within a month and have a budget of £450-550 a month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 18 and 50 years old. I work in construction (I’m not messy) and try to have a paid job everyday. I tend to keep to myself, I’m a tidy person and I do all of my own housework.
