Placement Student in Need of Accomodation

I'm a 3rd-year student studying at the University of Bath looking for a room in a house/flat to rent for my year in industry. I'm pretty flexible in terms of flatmates but keeping shared areas clean and tidy is an important quality to have. I enjoy swimming and cycling for exercise and am always up for a pub trip (I much prefer the pub over clubbing). I play the saxophone but I don't plan on keeping people awake practising. I would prefer to live with other students but young professionals would be fine.
