Quiet home from home wanted

Due to current circumstances changing I am looking for somewhere quiet to call home from home. I am from North Wales but have taken a full time job in Rochdale. Would like to be able to have friends visit as I don’t really know anyone around the area and currently staying with a friend in Hazel Grove but unable to stay there long term. I do vape but outdoors only but there is no option for vaping.

Love animals and my dog lives with my mum in Wales so absolutely if you have a dog I’ll volunteer to be taking it for walks.

Hoping to find somewhere within 20-30 miles of Rochdale.

Looking for somewhere with bills included. I also would prefer a double room with an en-suite if sharing with numerous people.

I’m looking for someone who is easy to get along with and who is like myself clean, tidy and considerate.
