Description
Hi,
I'm looking for a large (ish) double bedroom. I'd love
an ensuite but I think that's pushing my luck. A place with some sort of communal space besides a kitchen would be fantastic, as I'd like it to have more of a home vibe than HMO!
Some sort of garden/green space access is a must (Ground floor flat for example). As I have a little black cat, Binx. She is a rescue. Very loving and good natured. Has her bedtime and general routine (creature comforts). Soft and cuddly, likes to play but she is set in her ways and chilled. Tends to mind her own business (sleep, eat, demand treats, repeat). She is suppsed to be an indoor cat but she kept climbing the walls initially, so I've weaned her into a bit of outdoor life - so I do let her outside to explore else she gets bit restless. She's also a great companion if you wfh too!
I'm looking for single occupancy.
Ideally nothing less than 6 months initial tenancy, or rolling. Enough time to get to know and adjust with new housemates and see from there.
Preferably I'd like to settle in a place long term, as moving is stressful (especially for Binx)
Looking within the London 1 - 4 zones.
Budget is £1000.
Moving date is flexible, within October.
I'm a professional, working full-time. I'm office based in the events sector, Mon - Fri.
Right to Rent ✅️
Respectful and mindful. Clean, tidy and hygienic. Quite quiet 'Average Joe' really.
My interests include softball, which can take up a lot of my time. Both in summer and winter. I want to be able to just relax, chill in, and just enjoy my home/space. I'm no party animal. In my downtime, I enjoy a good book, binge watch a series, bake, and tend to chill with friends over a few drinks evey so often.
Equally I'd be happy to catch up with my fellow housemates occasionally, do a movie night, pub night, games night etc, but understand we all have our own lives going on, so respectively like to keep my own company too.
References on request.
Any questions, feel free to ask :)
