1 bedroom flat with kitchen, ensuite

Please don't be put off by my age.
I am not a normal 72. I am fit, healthy, strongly independent and have full use of my brain, eyes, ears, legs and teeth.

I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat with kitchen and ensuite self contained anywhere in UK. I like to shut doors quietly. I use headphones when necessary because I hate irritating others. I hate living in a pigsty so I keep my surroundings clean and tidy.

I'm friendly, non aggressive, normal and respectful of others. Just an average guy. I currently receive housing benefit which pays the rent. I am entitled to full LHA category B self contained flat for whichever local council you are in. I receive state pension, pension credit guarantee and housing benefit so I can easily pay my way.
