Spacious double required

We are looking for a spacious double room with a good amount of storage space.
We would prefer an en-suite or a low ratio of people to bathroom (8 people sharing 1 bathroom isn?t really my thing)
Parking is essential

Our current tenancies end on the 2nd and 5/6th July 2019. Therefore we both need somewhere to live around the same time. Therefore I am considering a double for us both or maybe a property which has 2 rooms available.

Ideally looking for bills included for transparency and ease.
I would preferably like to have a property of a good standard aesthetically. With a trustworthy and reliable landlord.

A little bit about me. I am just about to graduate from university (I decided to go to uni after working for 10 years) I am therefore technically currently a student but I have a part time job. From the 28th May 2019 I will be in full time employment on a 1 year fixed-term contract with the university of Hertfordshire?s Students? Union. After this I hope to possibly work with the SU still or within the university directly. I enjoy baking cakes, cooking home made dinners, watching films and generally living a quiet relaxed life.

My Partner Kit is also finishing up with uni and is currently seeking part time work followed by full time work. This will not be an issue as the budget we are seeking can be covered by my income alone. We will both be contributing but looking for something that one person can cover so it's cheaper for us each - so we can save up.
