Room wanted for professional female

I am looking for a room in the Greater Manchester Area within walking or short commuting distance from the Angel Gardens area, parking would be very helpful too.

I live in North Yorkshire however am just about to start a job in Manchester that requires me in the office 2-3 days per week only.

I would only be in the room 2-3 nights per week and some weeks not at all due to working in the field or from home but would need it to be fairly flexible so I could come and go when needed.

I am happy to pay ?20 per night or set up a deal of a weekly or monthly rate with the understanding it could be between 0 and 3 nights a week.

I am very self sufficient and like to keep myself to myself. The room is merely a place to sleep and work. I am very tidy and easy to get along with.
