Working female with a small border terrier

31 year old working female, looking for a room or annex in a shared accommodation/household. I have a 6 year old border terrier who i'd like to bring with me, hes extremely well house trained and is great with people of all ages. His only downfall is, he's not good with other dogs, so would have to be the only dog in a household.
I work two jobs, one which has me working at a glamping site, which I stay on site at least once or twice a week. I will take the dog with me on these over night stays. Then I work early mornings 3 days a week, so would be out from 5.30am. I can look to take my dog to a dogsitter or family member if him being home without me would be an issue. He usually is fast asleep from when I leave as I walk him before, so he can do his business and tire him out a bit.
