Considerate mature professional

Hello, I am seeking a home preferably in a rural/village setting but I am equally open to other places. I have enjoyed sharing for years and am very respectful, clean and tidy. I am also interested in self-contained/annexe accommodation and furnished would be handy.

I work three days a week (Tues-Thurs) in Putney as a graphic designer and usually stay two nights there. On the other days I work as a gardener/ranger. I also take on ad-hoc ecology survey work.

If it was of interest, I am open to working for an agreed numbers of hours for a reduced rent. This could be with estate/gardening tasks which ties into my conservation skills, or potentially household/pet care. All of which I have much experience and can provide references.
