Looking for a Room – Leith / Stockbridge / Central

I’m currently looking for a double room to rent in Edinburgh – ideally around Crewe Toll, Dean Village, Stockbridge, or nearby central areas. I’ve got accommodation to the end of August so would be looking to move in as of the 1st of Sept.

A bit about me – I’ve lived in Edinburgh for 6 years, though I’ve just returned from some time in Australia. I work full time (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH), and in my spare time you’ll usually find me at the gym or catching up with mates over a pint.

I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with – looking for a friendly and relaxed flat with people who enjoy the occasional chat or drink but also respect each other’s space.

Budget: Around £1000-1200pcm (including bills).
Move-in: Start of September.
Preferred tenancy: Short-to-Mid term.
