Looking to move to Derby

I am a sociable and relaxed person. I do not like barging in other people's business. I do not have any addiction or disturbing behaviour. I like music so you might hear different types of ethnic music here in there from my room. I am neat thus I expect my flatmates to be tidy as well. I don't bring guests to my household if I do it might be once or twice a year and I will inform you ahead.
I am a very scheduled person I like paying all my bills on the first of each month. I get frustrated if we have arrears; it would be great if my flatmates were serious about paying their bills on time.
