Mum+5-year-old looking for female housemate

I’m a mum with a lovely 5-year-old daughter, currently living in Forest Gate. Because of my daughter’s school, I’m hoping to stay in the local area or nearby — Forest Gate, Manor Park, East Ham, Upton Park, Stratford, Leytonstone or Wanstead.

I’m looking for a female housemate, whether you’re a mum yourself or not, who is genuinely comfortable sharing a home with a child.

Ideally, I’d like to find someone who is also looking for a home and would be interested in renting a 2-bedroom property together and sharing the rent and household bills fairly.

My budget is around £1,000 per month for my share, depending on the property and bills.

I’m hoping to create a home that is:

• Clean, peaceful and respectful
• Comfortable and friendly, but where everyone has their own privacy
• Suitable for a child
• Non-smoking and preferably without parties
• Based on clear and fair sharing of bills and household responsibilities

I’m not looking for someone to provide childcare. I simply want a kind, respectful female housemate who is happy living in a home with a child.
