Room Urgently Needed

I'm looking for a large room in a house or flat share. I'm a 49 year old male who is clean and tidy. I don't smoke and am laid back. I'd like to be living in the southend areas. I've shared only with males before and I'd be happy to do that again. I'm always cleaning and love cooking. Im classed as disabled so it would be housing benefit that can be paid direct to the landlord/lady.
