Professional Male seeks a buddy up!

I'm a software developer by the day, and an avid video gamer by night! I love my swimming when I have access to a nearby pool.

The only thing that usually concerns me with a flatmate is noise levels, as I'm sensitive to loud noises and prefer quieter flatmates who don't play their music on their loudspeakers :)

Beyond that, I pretty much get on with anyone and especially if we can geek out on video games!

For property search, I'm looking for at least 1 full bedroom flat (with flexibility to go bigger as I am currently working from home and need to have office space) unfurnished or part furnished only. I'm happy to buddy up ideally with one other professional.
