Looking for either a double room or a flat that is within my current budget of ?350pm.
I am currently working as a temp due to being new to the area, but I am looking to go permanent asap.
I have checked with the DWP and my Housing benefit allowance would cover my rent should I end up out of work at any point In the future. Hence my frugal budget of ?350pm
I would consider Hull (current location) or any of the surrounding areas including Leeds & outskirts of Doncaster.
Im Looking for somewhere quiet and fairly private to live, as I'm a very quiet, professional person. I'm new to the area and I'm currently Single so I'm also looking to meet some new friends and form new relationships.
I'm quite laidback and I'm very easy to live with, as I'm very clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking and take pride in my home and appearances.
No preferences on a room / housemate. As long as they are honest, clean, tidy, not too noisy and pay their fair share of costs then I'm a happy man.????????????????
