New job in Manc!

Hey everyone!

I have accepted a new job in the city centre ... but due to it being a pay cut I need to move as I won't be able to continue to afford my current flat where I live alone.

Looking for somewhere chill that's an easy commute. Preferably near a tram stop and gym.

I'm originally from Ireland, lived in Leeds and just moved to Manchester last year. So new mates and a chance to see different parts of the city are definitely a bonus.

In terms of me as a housemate. I'm very direct and don't let issues bubble and love same open communication back. I am very sociable, loving to chill and watch TV evenings and sometimes I will spend a lot of time in my room.

New job is full time in the office working in education. Background in mental health and debt advice so I'm a handy person to have around ;)

I would prefer an unfurnished room as I have all the furniture needed. An en-suite is a non negotiable for me.

Pets are absolutely fine (dogs are encouraged), I have none myself.
