Looking around Reading, Buddy up preferred

I am a professional male having worked as an EFL teacher for 10 years and now moving into the admissions/sales department, and will be working from home 3 days a week. I am 31 years old, ideally looking for a double room, preferably unfurnished as I currently have a lot of things in storage, in or around Maidenhead or Reading. I am available to move from 12/12/2025 though would prefer to wait until the new year, and have a budget of around £650pcm. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 21 and 42 years old.

I enjoy both socialising and my own time and appreciate others who are the same.
