I am looking to buddy up with someone for a flat share in Leeds City Centre. My maximum is is ?500pcm (half of ?1000pcm property), but have seen nice places for less than that. I'm looking to move around 18th March.
I thought it would be nice to find a property together we both like before moving in. I don't mind if male or female, provided you're tidy and respectful. I enjoy cooking/baking, crafts and reading; so if you're looking for parties and drinking every weekend, it probably isn't going to be a good match!
