Professional female requires annexe

42yr old, professional female. I am looking for an annexe, ideally with a garden, somewhere that feels like a home. I'm looking for long term renting. I'd like to live in the Iver, Ickenham or South Bucks area.
I'm very clean and tidy and enjoy socialising with close friends, as well as quiet time to myself. I have a busy work schedule and I’m respectful of others who are the same.

I do have a very loving, small black cat. Hence needing garden access.
