Looking for ideal room for middle of Dec 2024

I will be moving out of my current place at the end of November and am hoping to move into my ideal room in a house with the following:

- a large bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk, and breathing room, as well as enough space for my shelf;
- 1-3 bedrooms in total;
- a room where noise from elsewhere in the house is minimized, for privacy;
- within 30 minutes' walk to Manchester city centre;
- if a house share, sharing with people that are around my age, that have similar interests, and know housemate etiquette;
- 3-6 months' stay initially with the option to extend afterwards.

I am clean and considerate, and I would like to socialize with any housemates. I also enjoy watching TV and anime, as well as going to concerts and eating/drinking at nice places.
