Looking to flat share

Hiya, I'm going into my 3rd year of psychology and I'm looking to share a flat for the academic year. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere near to abertay University. I'm friendly and respectful, tidy and not a bad cook. I quite like my own space but also enjoy a good conversation. I'm a mature student, so not big on partying anymore but it doesn't bother me if that's what others want to do. I'm quite laid back and always treat people how I would like to be treated.
