Looking for long rental with parking

Thank you for taking a look at my ad.

I am looking to relocate and retire near the sea. I know it is a big ask however I am looking for long-term 5yrs plus so I can settle into my new beginning.

I do not have a car at the moment however I am going to buy a new small Smart car.

Ideally an annex/small studio self contained/bathroom/shower room/mini kitchen/tv point and parking if possible. Able to pay 6mths rent on moving in.

Yes, I am 69, fit and healthy active woman so please do not write me off because of my age.

I am quiet by nature, respectful, honest, reliable, trustworthy as my DBS proves one has to be squeaky clean. I have worked in the health service since I was 16yrs old. I have a great sense of humour, like a catch up over a cuppa at the same time respect each others own space. Happy to also help and keep your home clean and tidy.

Bills included.

Driving licence etc.

I am a social smoker and would smoke outside.

Please note, I am at present living in Derbyshire so cannot just pop round to view accommodation so would need a day to arrange to pop down as I have no car at present.

However we could use the WhatsApp to talk and you will be able to see each other to get a better idea of who we are.
