Student looking for 1 bedroom to rent

Room for upcoming acamdemic year. As a student who studies neuroscience i dont require much as I am very busy, just a nice one bedroom place prefereably ensuit for me to stay during the week when i'm not in the library. In saying this, ideally the location of the property should be close to university of Leicester. Also, preferably, all bills inclusive.
