Looking for a Summer Room.

I'm Carl, age 38 and moving to Cornwall or London in the next couple of weeks. I'm self employed and work as a music teacher online during the week. I work consistent hours and I'm very quiet during the evenings and night time. Well house trained, I've lived in many large house shares so very willing to compromise.
