3. £900/month, bills included (for the right place I can go up to £999/month).
4. I don't mind living with the owner. If I can choose between live in landlady or landlord: landlady preferred.

1. Working for the public sector, in data protection.
2. Reliable, considerate, and take good care of the space I live in.
3. Cooking for myself on a weekly basis, usually meal-prepping. Don't eat meat too often.
