I?m Kev. I?m a Web Developer working in the city. Ideally I?m looking for a spacious double bedroom in a nice flat/house and area, within walking distance to a station or underground. A clean and modern flat/house would be great.

I?m 29 years old, very easy going and social, and would love to live with similar flatmates. Ideally of a similar age. I?m very clean and look after my stuff and am happy to help out wherever I live. I enjoy going out for a drink, and seeing new places, so any social housemates would be great. But I also enjoy my own down time by going to the gym, or watching some films or Netflix. I also love cooking if I have enough time!
