Tech professional wants studio or 1 bedroom flat

Hi there! I'm a professional American working for a tech startup. I'm a tidy person, easy going, independent, sociable, respectful, happy, and a very hard worker. Looking for a place to call my home!

For the flat, I'm looking for the following:

- Studio or 1 bedroom flat
- lots of natural lighting
- from 800-1200 per month (1200 if bills are included)
- clean
- washer
- located in Bethnal Green, Mile End, Hackney Wick, Shoreditch, Limehouse or central - will consider slightly further if very nice place
- a balcony is a MAJOR plus
